We are sorry to see you leave. If you wish to delete your ClimbIRL account, all your gamification metrics, task histories, and personal identifiers will be permanently removed from our databases.
CRITICAL WARNING: This action cannot be undone!
Once your account is deleted, all accumulated XP, levels, rank titles, streak calendar days, unlocked achievements, custom tasks, Task Difficulty Tokens, and verification logs are deleted immediately. Our customer support team cannot restore deleted account progress or recover lost statistics.
How to Delete Your Account In-App
For your security, we encourage you to perform the deletion directly inside the mobile application to verify your identity instantaneously:
- Open the ClimbIRL app on your mobile device.
- Tap on your Profile tab (located on the bottom navigation bar).
- Scroll down to the Settings & Legal section.
- Tap on Delete Account.
- Confirm the action in the security dialog box. Your account is immediately deleted, and you will be securely logged out.
Manual Data Deletion Request
If you have already uninstalled the application or can no longer log in, you can request manual purging of your records by sending a request from the email address linked to your account:

- Subject: Manual Account Deletion Request - ClimbIRL
- Processing Timeline: To safeguard user data and verify request ownership, please allow up to 7 business days for manual database deletion processing. You will receive an email confirmation once completed.
